22. have a white Christmas

Since it's December, I've decided to talk about one of my favorite memories: having a white Christmas!! First of all, if you don't live in Georgia, you have no idea how exciting this was. The last time it snowed on Christmas in my town was 128 years ago! So this was kind of a big deal. The best thing about this snow was that it stuck and was actually a reasonable amount! Like, you could actually make a snowman with it. I know. HUGE deal. So, it started getting really icy on the road when we were driving back from my cousin's house around 8 o'clock on Christmas night. We got into my neighborhood which is pretty made up of only hills, and with all of this icy road business going one, that was not cool. We ended up having to park outside of the neighborhood next to the entrance on the grass, next to about 5 other cars. That Christmas night we walked the rest of the way home. Although it may seem tedious, having to walk about 3 miles of just straight hill in icy, snowy, freezing weather, it was actually pretty awesome. That Christmas night had to have been one of my favorite memories with my family, and I'll probably remember it for the rest of my life.
